1. Service Overview

Ujjain Puja Seva provides online and offline puja booking services in Ujjain, including temple coordination, pandit services, and puja samagri arrangements.

All services are conducted by experienced and verified pandits, in accordance with Vedic rituals and traditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online, via call, or WhatsApp.

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your puja.

• Payment once made is non-refundable except in case of service cancellation by us.

3. Puja Rescheduling or Cancellation

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the puja.

• In case of extreme weather, temple closure, or unforeseen situations, we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the puja with prior notice.

4. Client Responsibility

• Provide correct details (Name, Gotra, Date, Purpose) at the time of booking.

• Be available for contact if participating via video call.

• Any misinformation or delay caused from your side may impact the puja experience.

5. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.

• All content (images, text, videos) is the property of Ujjain Puja Seva and may not be copied without permission.

6. Refund Policy

• We maintain a no refund policy after successful booking unless we fail to provide the service due to internal issues.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and the puja has not started, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we ensure all rituals are performed properly, spiritual results are based on belief and may vary.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or spiritual outcomes.
